Bio
Ariel Anderson is a graduate of Liberty University who provides a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and valued. She believes that each person’s story is unique and strives to meet clients where they are in their journey. Her goal is to help clients process their life experiences and the emotions that come with them while developing healthy ways to navigate challenges and move toward meaningful growth. Ariel has experience facilitating group therapy and enjoys helping clients recognize their strengths, identify practical steps toward change, and build confidence in their ability to work through life’s challenges. She views counseling as a collaborative process and works to ensure that each client feels respected throughout their therapeutic journey. Whether navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, managing emotions, or seeking positive change, Ariel is there to walk alongside her clients.
