We are growing our Lexington team. We welcome applications from licensed therapists (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP), select medical providers where appropriate, and experienced office staff. Full-time and part-time options are considered. If you specialize in couples, trauma, child and teen care, or faith-integrated counseling, note that in your application.

Yes. You can choose telehealth only, in-office only, or a hybrid schedule. Telehealth clinicians must hold a South Carolina license and use a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace. In-person care takes place at our Lexington office. Evening or weekend hours are optional.

Compensation varies by role, licensure, experience, schedule, and payer mix. We review the pay structure during your interview and outline benefits, expected caseload, documentation expectations, and opportunities for growth.

Yes. Our intake team manages marketing and inbound inquiries. We match clients to your focus areas and availability, then handle reminders and basic coordination. You do not need to run your own advertising.

Most clinicians carry 15 to 25 sessions per week once established. You can set a lower or higher target within reasonable limits so your schedule stays sustainable and client-centered.
