Hey there, I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m originally from the Chicago area but have been living in South Carolina since 2016. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years in the Army as a Religious Affairs Specialist, which gave me the chance to support people from all kinds of backgrounds through some of life’s highest highs and lowest lows.
My own life hasn’t been without its tough seasons, and the people who helped me through them are a big reason why I do what I do now. I recently finished my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and I’m here to help others find healing, just like I did.
In sessions, I mostly use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), but I like to mix in tools from other approaches like ACT, DBT, and mindfulness—whatever fits best for you. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to be real and work through what’s weighing on you.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d love to walk alongside you.
